Get outside and play

A blast in the fresh air is just what you need to beat cabin fever. Here are some fun things to do outside with your preschooler.

1 Let your child help you in the garden They’ll love picking cherry tomatoes or baby carrots
2 Go outside and collect “treasures” from nature
3 Make a mud pie
4 Feed stale bread to the birds or visit a duck pond
5 Get out the bikes and ride-ons and build a circuit
6 If it’s wet, put on your gumboots and coats and jump through the puddles
