REDEMPTION ITEMS: BRING BACK THE NORMAL REDEMPTIONS!

Hi Drypers, I have been a very long time user for Drypers products for my kids, since 2014. However, lately, I am very disappointed with the Point Shop. Every time I try to redeem items such as baby bath (baby head to toe products), the items endlessly being out of stocks. Same goes to the refill packs - endlessly being out of stocks. And now, you are converting all the baby bath into e-vouchers - which is not worth to redeem as we need to pay for shipping cost - making the item more pricey as compared to purchasing it from the supermarket. Come on Drypers, please be considerate and do appreciate your users by bringing back the normal redemptions. Thank you.
